1Website says Lowe's pool is open the pool is not open it's been closed for over a year false adverti
When I booked this hotel I asked three different times if the pool was available I was told yes we got to the hotel in the pool had been closed for a year a very very mad about the situation the reason I booked there was because they had a pool I felt like my weekend was absolutely runt
we loved our room! It had a separate bedroom with a kitchen and living room.
The beds were awful. Didn’t even sleep the whole time we stayed. May as well been made from bricks
We liked the location
My room was dirty from the start. The bathroom had stuff stuck on the walls by the toilet; there was an empty shampoo bottle in the shower. a half roll of toliet paper with no extra for a two night stay. There was about an inch of dust on every surface. When we pulled out the couch bed, there were hair ties and various items underneath.
We chose this property due to it’s close proximity to Cardinal Center. Hotel and room was clean and staff were awesome. They’re very friendly and accommodating. Decent hot breakfast was served every day, wish they have bacon though😆. Overall our stay was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.
Very nice location. Staff was very very helpful and friendly.
Very friendly staff & clean, huge room
10such a great family trip! staff was nice and everything was clean! good breakfast & good loaction
very clean, nice staff, clean room, clean pool area
10The perfect hotel
This was the BEST hotel we stayed in during our eleven states vacation.Great location for restaurants, shopping, and feeling safe. Staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was huge!! Spotless !! Bed and linens were the best ever.
1dissatisfied with my stay.
the chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned myself & my children’s eyes soon as you got to the pool area the chlorine burnt your nose it was uncomfortable to swim we had to keep getting out the water to wipe our eyes with the towels me and my children were sick had to get cough & cold medicine from cvs after the pool during our visit. kids coughing & choking & spitting in water while at pool . rude & unprofessional staff . check in isn’t til 4pm swimming pool was closed for 1 hour after we checked in staff inattentive to guest . dirty sheets on pull out sofa. AC under window broken fan doesn’t turn off . AC doesn’t power on had to unplug to stop the cold air .
The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast could have been better.
10Great place to stay in Columbus!
The room was very impressive, with lovely amenities. The pillows were labeled "firm" and "soft", which was honestly my favorite little quirk! Didn't get to experience breakfast or the pool due to the pandemic, but lovely staff, location, and very clean.
The elevator was a little small, but it's not so small that it's a big deal.
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable
The rooms were clean.
Most of the breakfast items were out. Our options were 1 type of cereal and a bagel. We didn't get to use the pool because instead of checking it when it was closed, they closed it during open hours.
2Not good for families
There was one breakfast attendant that was super nice and helpful.
The pool was way too loud. The area for small children in the pool was constantly splashed with water so little ones couldn't enjoy it, you should be able to turn that feature on and off. We were there for a week and never received any housekeeping. We had to change our own trash and beg for towels and toliet paper. You have to bring your own 16 quarters to do one load of laundry. The breakfast wasn't that good and often cold. The rooms were so small, we were way too cramped all week. The staff wasn't helpful and often was confused.
The pool was great.my granddaughter loved it.the breakfast was also good.
10Great stay for families or even just yourself!
The pool was AMAZING! Perfect for the entire family, & Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in any hotel I’ve stayed in! They actually have breakfast sausage my family & I could eat, as well as PLENTY of other breakfast options. Absolutely a great stay & would most definitely stay again, No doubt!
10My kids are asking when we're going back!
The pool was amazing for our family of six. It was large enough to accommodate all of the guests and was very kid friendly. Breakfast was also delicious, had plenty of variety, and was kids friendly as well.
The pull out couch was not super comfortable. That was not a surprise though.
5I broke out on my face after my stay there smh
the pool in breakfast was good
The pool facility was great for kids
They downgraded my room without contacting me. Booked a suite with sofa bed and got room with only 2 queen beds
10we will be staying there again!
The pool area was amazing very spacious love the hot tub!!!!The room was comfortable the bed the shower was a amazing we had a walk in shower loved it!!!!
outside could use a makeover Breakfast was not good they should have more options the breakfast burritos ewwwww not good at all!
The location, the staff was helpful and the room was clean.
That the pool and jacuzzi wasn't open. That i paid for a executive king suite room to have a jacuzzi in it and didn't get it. The fine print said shower or tub. That the breakfast wasn't complimentary and there was no hot food. All the breakfast good was behind the front desk which we had to ask to get what we want.
The hotel was very nice and easy to navigate, the room was great. The front desk lady (I wish I would have gotten her name) was the nicest person ever!!
8Room was goo$ overall and we were able to rest before making our final journey home after our trip.
The hot breakfast was good and well stocked with a variety of breakfast choices. However, the only yogurt brand seemed to be a Greek yogurt, a variety I find sour.
Chair at desk in the room was very uncomfortable. The first drop into the chair finds the chair arms are so close they seem to bruise the hips. The space between the desk chair and foot of the bed was limited to the width of the chair making a very tight fit. This room was simply not as comfortable as the equivalent room my husband and I enjoyed in Millersburg, OH.
8A convenient place to stay. The breakfast could have been better.
The grandkids loved the pool. The room was comfortable.
The room did not have the sheets for the pull out sofa bed. The breakfast was a problem. There was no hot water and the pancake machine did not work. There was no one who seemed to be taking care of the breakfast. After asking 2 times the front desk guy did get the hot water and tried to get the pancake machine working but it did not work correctly.
8I would stay there again!
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Gave us tips on shopping in the area. The room was updated and clean. Much better than I had anticipated for the price.
The pool was closed and breakfast was not available due to Covid. The grab and go selection was very small.
10We’d come back for sure!
The front desk person, Angela, is a ray of sunshine. No matter how busy abs hectic things were, she smiled and accomplished everything needed. Her sweetness made our stay exceptional. We’d stayed here about three years ago and this was the first time back since then. Much better experience this time!!
High chlorine levels in pool
8Lovely hotel, everything is fabulous, pool may attract a wild crowd.
The facility, breakfast, staff and location were all fantastic!
Policing of the pool even a little would help, maybe you should go back to wristbands. It was quite chaotic, a number of people didn’t seem to actually be staying there just swimming with friends, lots of small children in the hot tub and diving off of it into the pool etc.
10wonderful hotel experience
the cleanliness, staff and area
10Definitly will stay again! Very Pleased and Relaxing!
The breakfast was good and the rooms and beds were comfortable! Was very pleased with our stay and the pool and hot tub was nice definitly fun for kids! And our view on 6th floor was nice!
Was nothing to complain about! Happy with our stay!
6The staff was amazing. Very helpful and I felt safe.
The breakfast was amazing, stayed hot and fresh! Location was easy to find.
The water in the pool was cold. The floor was slippery. There was mold on our coffee maker. The pull out bed was mainly springs.
The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast wasn't very good.
Te staff is always amazing! The rooms are always clean, the location is perfect, overall great experience
Would like to be able to use the pool and a few more breakfast options.
8Everything was great except for the comfort of the beds!! The pillows sheets and comforter were amazing but the bed itse
Staff was very friendly and helpful, very clean!!
5It's location was good and it met the VERY basic needs, most likely will not return
Staff was good, the room's and facilities were clean
Hot Breakfast was not good at allPool was closedBed was hard and not comfortable
Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Pool was cloudy and hottub was grimey.
10FIrst time at a Holiday Inn Express - I will definitely use in the future!
staff at check in and out were both courteous and friendly, Room was clean, with unexpected amenities!!
Size and cleanliness
Beds were uncomfortable. Had a hard time sleeping.
Room was clean and comfortable, well heated
Hallways and elevators were grimy, lots of fingerprints so not cleaning regularly for Covid
8Great hotel, clumsy check in.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and got our day started.
Check in was a bit clumsy, the clerk on duty didn't seem very efficient. The result being multiple changes to my credit card. $140.00 was charged to cover a $20.00 incidental fee. Hope it's refunded without having to followup.
