we loved our room! It had a separate bedroom with a kitchen and living room.
The beds were awful. Didn’t even sleep the whole time we stayed. May as well been made from bricks

Apr 2022
We liked the location
My room was dirty from the start. The bathroom had stuff stuck on the walls by the toilet; there was an empty shampoo bottle in the shower. a half roll of toliet paper with no extra for a two night stay. There was about an inch of dust on every surface. When we pulled out the couch bed, there were hair ties and various items underneath.
8Great location!

We chose this property due to it’s close proximity to Cardinal Center. Hotel and room was clean and staff were awesome. They’re very friendly and accommodating. Decent hot breakfast was served every day, wish they have bacon though😆. Overall our stay was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

the chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned myself & my children’s eyes soon as you got to the pool area the chlorine burnt your nose it was uncomfortable to swim we had to keep getting out the water to wipe our eyes with the towels me and my children were sick had to get cough & cold medicine from cvs after the pool during our visit. kids coughing & choking & spitting in water while at pool . rude & unprofessional staff . check in isn’t til 4pm swimming pool was closed for 1 hour after we checked in staff inattentive to guest . dirty sheets on pull out sofa. AC under window broken fan doesn’t turn off . AC doesn’t power on had to unplug to stop the cold air .

10Great place to stay in Columbus!
Apr 2021
The room was very impressive, with lovely amenities. The pillows were labeled "firm" and "soft", which was honestly my favorite little quirk! Didn't get to experience breakfast or the pool due to the pandemic, but lovely staff, location, and very clean.
The elevator was a little small, but it's not so small that it's a big deal.

The rooms were clean.
Most of the breakfast items were out. Our options were 1 type of cereal and a bagel. We didn't get to use the pool because instead of checking it when it was closed, they closed it during open hours.
2Not good for families
May 2022
There was one breakfast attendant that was super nice and helpful.
The pool was way too loud. The area for small children in the pool was constantly splashed with water so little ones couldn't enjoy it, you should be able to turn that feature on and off. We were there for a week and never received any housekeeping. We had to change our own trash and beg for towels and toliet paper. You have to bring your own 16 quarters to do one load of laundry. The breakfast wasn't that good and often cold. The rooms were so small, we were way too cramped all week. The staff wasn't helpful and often was confused.

Jul 2022
The pool was AMAZING! Perfect for the entire family, & Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in any hotel I’ve stayed in! They actually have breakfast sausage my family & I could eat, as well as PLENTY of other breakfast options. Absolutely a great stay & would most definitely stay again, No doubt!
10My kids are asking when we're going back!
Jan 2023
The pool was amazing for our family of six. It was large enough to accommodate all of the guests and was very kid friendly. Breakfast was also delicious, had plenty of variety, and was kids friendly as well.
The pull out couch was not super comfortable. That was not a surprise though.

The location, the staff was helpful and the room was clean.
That the pool and jacuzzi wasn't open. That i paid for a executive king suite room to have a jacuzzi in it and didn't get it. The fine print said shower or tub. That the breakfast wasn't complimentary and there was no hot food. All the breakfast good was behind the front desk which we had to ask to get what we want.

Oct 2021
The hotel was very nice and easy to navigate, the room was great. The front desk lady (I wish I would have gotten her name) was the nicest person ever!!
8Room was goo$ overall and we were able to rest before making our final journey home after our trip.
Sep 2022
The hot breakfast was good and well stocked with a variety of breakfast choices. However, the only yogurt brand seemed to be a Greek yogurt, a variety I find sour.
Chair at desk in the room was very uncomfortable. The first drop into the chair finds the chair arms are so close they seem to bruise the hips. The space between the desk chair and foot of the bed was limited to the width of the chair making a very tight fit. This room was simply not as comfortable as the equivalent room my husband and I enjoyed in Millersburg, OH.
8A convenient place to stay. The breakfast could have been better.
May 2022
The grandkids loved the pool. The room was comfortable.
The room did not have the sheets for the pull out sofa bed. The breakfast was a problem. There was no hot water and the pancake machine did not work. There was no one who seemed to be taking care of the breakfast. After asking 2 times the front desk guy did get the hot water and tried to get the pancake machine working but it did not work correctly.
8I would stay there again!
May 2021
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Gave us tips on shopping in the area. The room was updated and clean. Much better than I had anticipated for the price.
The pool was closed and breakfast was not available due to Covid. The grab and go selection was very small.
10We’d come back for sure!
Mar 2022
The front desk person, Angela, is a ray of sunshine. No matter how busy abs hectic things were, she smiled and accomplished everything needed. Her sweetness made our stay exceptional. We’d stayed here about three years ago and this was the first time back since then. Much better experience this time!!
High chlorine levels in pool
8Lovely hotel, everything is fabulous, pool may attract a wild crowd.
Mar 2023
The facility, breakfast, staff and location were all fantastic!
Policing of the pool even a little would help, maybe you should go back to wristbands. It was quite chaotic, a number of people didn’t seem to actually be staying there just swimming with friends, lots of small children in the hot tub and diving off of it into the pool etc.
10wonderful hotel experience

Jun 2022
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and got our day started.
Check in was a bit clumsy, the clerk on duty didn't seem very efficient. The result being multiple changes to my credit card. $140.00 was charged to cover a $20.00 incidental fee. Hope it's refunded without having to followup.
